After nine years apart, two Afghan refugee brothers are reunited in Denmark. Popal (21) is a fighter with many plans for his future. Darmal (18), on the other hand, has just arrived in Denmark, with a heavy heart and uncertainties about his future. When Darmal’s asylum application is rejected, their dreams of a future together come crashing down. With sibling love and a caring pastor couple as close allies, FOLLOW YOU HOME is a heartfelt film about a brother’s struggle not to lose his little brother again.
